Mel Faulkner

Mel graduated from Fayetteville Technical Community College with an Associate's Degree in Information Systems Security, accumulating highest honors. He was elected to the National Technical Honor Society in 2005. Before opening The Works! - IT Solutions, Mel worked the four years prior as a systems administrator. In 2017, Mel earned his Security + Certification from the Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), making him a certified professional. He is also a C-Tech Certified Network Cabling Specialist for copper and fiber-optic based systems.
